		<description>Having done so many short sale negotiations I can say that &quot;Realistic&quot; is key.  Gone are the days of no-competition offers where investors would offer 1/3 of what the market was baring and banks actually looked at the offer.

Realistic is key and we should stick to offers that are discounted but realistic.</description>
